Don't you wish every man had the foresight to hire a photographer when he proposed? I was so excited to help Steve when he called me up and wanted to plan a surprise proposal to Tatiana on their first night in Hawaii. I don't know if he was more nervous, or if I was! I hid myself in a giant naupaka bush and waited for them to walk down the beach trail. It was a perfect night, with the sun just beginning to set and long shadows starting to fall. I'm so glad she said yes, because then we got to do some fun engagement photos along the rocky beach. Thank you Steve and Tatiana for letting me document this amazing moment.
